We turn up the heat in Porzellanikon! What is porcelain actually made of? What is the difference between making pottery and turning porcelain? Why are plates and cups (almost) always round? Who thinks up these shapes and what does thirsty plaster have to do with all this? During an interactive guided tour through the porcelain production we give answers to all these questions! After the guided tour the pupils can try their hand at making cups and cups and design their own lanterns. Who is competing with the porcelain makers?
